New Hampshire Attorney General Michael A. Delaney announces that the Attorney General's office has completed its final review of the officer involved shooting incident that occurred on February 2, 2010, and resulted in the death of Charles Turcotte (DOB 12/4/70). This comprehensive review of all evidence gathered with respect to this incident has confirmed the original, preliminary finding that the action of Keene Police Officer Josh English was a justifiable use of deadly force, pursuant to RSA 627:5, II (a) and (b).
