New Hampshire Attorney General Michael A. Delaney, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Robert Quinn and Auburn Police Chief Edward G. Picard report further developments in their ongoing investigation involving a deceased male found in a vehicle on Route 101 in Auburn on November 23, 2010.
The deceased, identified as Mr. Thomas J. Enquist, Sr., age 42 of Londonderry, was discovered at approximately 10:38 p.m. on November 23rd after the New Hampshire State Police received a phone call about an abandoned vehicle. He was found in his black Ford F-150 pickup truck, New Hampshire license plate #2274142, parked in the right breakdown lane between exits 2 and 1.
An autopsy was conducted this afternoon by New Hampshire's Deputy Chief Medical Examiner, Dr. Jennie V. Duval. Dr. Duval concluded that the cause of death was due to gunshot wounds. The manner of death was a homicide.
The New Hampshire State Police continue to ask for anyone who saw or spoke with Thomas Enquist, Sr., in the afternoon or evening of Tuesday, November 23, 2010, or anyone who may have seen his Ford F-150 pickup-truck in the area of Route 101 during that evening, to please contact the New Hampshire State Police Headquarters at (603) 271-3636.
