Attorney General Michael Delaney and Director of Charitable Trusts Michael DeLucia will hold a press conference tomorrow at 2:00 p.m. in Room 302 of the New Hampshire Department of Justice. At that time, the Office of the Attorney General will release its report and determination regarding the proposed acquisition transaction between CMC Healthcare System and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health.

The Attorney General's Office has been reviewing the proposed acquisition transaction pursuant to RSA 7:19-b.
