New Hampshire Attorney General Michael A. Delaney, State Police Colonel Frederick H. Booth and Berlin Police Chief Peter Morency announce that additional details are available in regards to the shooting incident which took place in Berlin on Wednesday, November 25, 2009.

The third male individual who is believed to have participated in the home invasion has been identified and located.

The residents of the apartment on 3rd Avenue where the incident took place were Robert Burrill (age 33) and Samantha Burns (age 29).

The investigation is still ongoing and no one has been charged in connection with the incident.
