Attorney General Michael A. Delaney, Colonel Frederick Booth of the New Hampshire State Police, and Merrimack Police Chief Michael Milligan, announce that Corey Furgal (23) of Merrimack, NH, has been arrested on two counts of Second Degree Murder for causing the death of Christopher Vydfol (20) of Amherst, NH, by stabbing Vydfol with a knife. Corey Furgal will be arraigned in Merrimack District Court at 8:30 am on November 2, 2009.
