Attorney General Kelly A. Ayotte and Dover Police Chief Anthony F. Colarusso, Jr., report that the investigation into the death of David King, 81 Old Dover Point Road, Dover, NH, is continuing. The Dover Police were called to Mr. King's home at approximately 7:10 p.m. on Friday, August 29, 2008. Mr. King was found dead at his home. The Chief Medical Examiner, Tom Andrew, conducted an autopsy this morning and concluded that David King's death was a homicide. The cause of his death is not being released at this time.
