On July 20, 1990 at 2:04 a.m., Manchester Police were called to 540 Maple Street, Manchester NH in regards to a shooting victim. Upon arrival, they found a male subject suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. The male victim, identified as John Ramsay, age 34, was transported to a local hospital where he died from his wound.
