Details: The body of Casmiro Jablonski, age 73, was found in his home just off of Bay Road in Newmarket, NH on July 6, 1977. He had been strangled to death. Robert C. Smith and Stephen Pelletier both pleaded guilty and were convicted of receiving stolen property in connection with property taken from Casmiro's home. Charles Mikell plead guilty and was convicted of theft by unauthorized taking of property from Casmiro's home. A fourth female juvenile also was adjudicated delinquent in connection with property taken from the home. No one was ever charged with the murder of Casmiro.
