On November 30, 1998 Manchester Police were called to a building fire at 220 Pine Street, Manchester, NH. The second and third story porches were entirely engulfed in flames. A deceased victim of the fire was found on the third floor of the building. The victim was identified as Allen A. Pineau, age 46, of 199 Manchester Street, Manchester, NH. An investigation has been initiated into this incident and the Fire Marshal ruled that the fire was arson, but no one has been charged in connection with this homicide.
