On December 16, 2022, pursuant to RSA 7:19-b, Valley Regional Hospital. submitted to the Director of Charitable Trusts notice of a proposed transaction involving Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health. Under the terms of the statute, the Director of Charitable Trusts has 180 days to review the proposed transaction.
Public Hearing and Public Comment
The Director of Charitable Trusts held a public hearing relating to this transaction in accordance with RSA 7:19-b, IV(a) on Thursday, May 18, 2023, a the Claremont Savings Bank Community Center.
