FRM Victims' Fund

The 2016 New Hampshire Legislature passed SB 155, which creates the Financial Resources Mortgage (FRM) Victims' Contribution Recovery Fund. The statute is codified at RSA Chapter 359-P. The Fund will offer payments to persons who suffered financial losses as a result of the FRM fraud. The statute Adobe Acrobat Reader Symbol.

The statute requires the appointment of an independent administrator, who will secure contributions, create applications for assistance for victims, review applications and make awards of assistance. A Request for Proposals (RFP) Adobe Acrobat Reader Symbol has been issued, and the deadline for receipt of proposals is October 31, 2016.

No applications for assistance from victims are being accepted at this time. That will become the responsibility of the administrator, after an appointment is made.
