On August 5, 2020, Central New Hampshire VNA & Hospice submitted to the Director of Charitable Trusts a change of control notice related to its proposed plan of merger with Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association, Inc. Pursuant to RSA 7:19-b, the Charitable Trusts Unit must review the proposed transaction and issue a report. Persons interested in commenting on the transaction may do so by writing to charitabletrusts2@doj.nh.gov or to Director of Charitable Trusts, 33 Capitol St, Concord, NH 03301. Due to the Governor's Emergency Order #29, deadlines under RSA 7:19-b have been suspended until the state of emergency is lifted. Notice of public hearings will be posted on this webpage.
