Attorney Positions
NH Attorney General's Office seeks an experienced litigation attorney for its Civil Law Bureau. Practice includes superior court and federal court litigation, and client counseling. Strong advocacy, legal research, writing skills and a minimum of 3 years litigation experience required. Election law experience preferred. Must be a member of the NH Bar.

Internship Opportunities
The Attorney General’s Office offers unpaid internships for law students and college students throughout the year.
Law School Internship Program
The Attorney General’s Office Legal Internship Program includes fall and spring semester internships as well as a summer internship program for first and second year law school students.
Although all of these positions are unpaid, many interns are fortunate enough to obtain scholarships from their law schools. Oftentimes, students are also able to obtain course credit for the internship or externship.
College Student Internship Program
The Attorney General’s College Student Internship Program includes unpaid internships for college students for the summer, as well as for the fall and spring semesters.
